Brendan Yell

At 31, Brendan is a veteran of the online industry. After an introduction to computers at an early age, Brendan was only 15 when he developed his own online service for use by his friends, by 19 he was working for the world's first commercial online service, CompuServe, while completing a degree in Technology at Sydney `s Macquarie University.
In 1994, Brendan was appointed Senior Technology Strategist for Optus Communications where his main role was researching and evaluating emerging technologies.
Since then Brendan has both founded and consulted on a number of technology ventures in the UK, USA and Australia.
Brendan is regularly seen on Sky News and CNBC as an industry commentator. He has recently returned from Los Angeles where he was a keynote speaker at Internet World USA.

Sonya has recently joined ShopFree from Sony Music where she was a Senior Financial Analyst.
Sonya has had a great deal of experience with online companies with stints at AOL and Beeb.com (the online division of the BBC).
At ShopFree, Sonya's responsibilities include enhacing customer experience, financial control and general strategy.
